Welcome to the AmeriHealth Caritas District of Columbia (DC) Healthy DC Plan! Everything you need to get started is available here:

- Download your virtual ID card.

Minor revisions were made to the Healthy DC Plan Evidence of Coverage on April 9, 2026. Revisions include updated contact numbers and hours of operation for AmeriHealth Caritas DC Enrollee Services and Utilization Management, as well as updated timeframes for how quickly we must deliver decisions to you and your provider. The timeframe changes are consistent with regulatory requirements, and we will now make certain decisions and respond to you and your provider faster than was indicated in the previous version of the EOC. - View your Summary of Coverage (PDF).
